Hotel Water Damage, Nassau TX

This Nassau hotel room had a pipe break overhead that caused a lot of damage. Water ran down the ceiling and walls causing them to sag and give way in places. Removing the sagging drywall allowed us to get to the studs and trusses easier.

The hotel manager called us right away knowing that we had the equipment to show the extent of the damage.

The fist picture doesn't look too bad but you can tell the flooring is chalking from us removing the fallen drywall. The second picture shows the air movers on the corners drying out the baseplates outside the bathroom. The tile in the bathroom was sealed well enough that the water did not penetrate too far under the tile.
