Mold Remediation in Clear Lake, TX

As seen in the first picture the baseboard of this home had started growing mold. The background of the first picture shows the amount of water that had wicked up the wall to being almost two feet. Water can wick up drywall an inch every hour depending on how much water is in the room.

Due to the moldy baseboard it was highly possible that there would be mold inside the wall too. As we did the work we did find mold behind the wall and needed to remove all the wet drywall. Once removed it was safe to dry the inside of the wall without disturbing mold and spreading spores with our air movers.
