Toilet Overflow in Clear Lake, TX

A toilet overflow is probably one of the most common water damages that we come across. They overflow for a myriad of reasons but mostly due to a young child who has used too much toilet paper. No matter the reason they are a serious problem for the homeowner.

The second picture shows a lovely green air mover helping dry down the bathroom. In order to dry we first needed to clean and disinfect the carpets.

There are a lot of bacteria in a toilet overflow and this job could have been much worse. In this case we were able to save the carpet and after the room was dry the baseboards could be replaced.
