Kitchen Water Problem in Dickson, TX

This kitchen wasn't finished quite yet when the pipe in the wall broke and flooded the area. New construction has its downfalls and this home was no exception. During the construction of the cabinets one of the nails had penetrated the pipe causing a small leak. Luckily the leak grew and caused a water damage before they had put in their floor.

Usually a leak from a nail in pipe can last for months before it is noticed. We found this job to be a lot easier as we could get behind the cabinets withoyught having to remove them. There was also no flooring which helped dry the subfloor quickly.
