Broken Pipe Closes Clear Lake Busienss

A broken sewer line was the cause of this business having to close down for a few days until the cleaning was finished. The bathroom was the most damaged as the sewer backup started within that room.

Although the company had linoleum flooring it had not been sealed for many years. Usually linoleum can be cleaned and saved but without a proper seal the black water had seeped under the linoleum. It was necessary to remove all the flooring and drywall that might have come in contact with the sewage.

The first picture shows the removed drywall and the second pictures shows the cutouts needed near the sink where the pipes were fixed.
