Clear Lake Home Suffered a Storm during Construction

The city of Clear Lake is a beautiful place to live as long as the lake is not in your home. This home was new construction and was almost finished when the storm came through. The homeowners of this house felt as if the entire lake dumped on them during the storm.

It is easy to see how wet the room is in the first picture. The water had saturated the walls to the point that studs are showing through.

Once the demolition was finished we positioned the air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the walls and flooring. Unfortunately the storm delayed this home from being finished on time but the owners were happy to have it back on track quickly.
