The client’s pipe burst in the ceiling

We were given a call due to a pipe burst in the ceiling. The water traveled through the building materials of the home and affected multiple areas of the home. The technicians scoped the home and discovered 1 room ceiling was affected and the walls had minor spotting. Our highly trained technicians began the restoration process by checking the moisture around the affected area. They later covered the customer’s bed and flooring with plastic to ensure it was kept safe throughout the job. Our technicians cut 2 holes in the ceiling to remove the wet insulation that was causing the ceiling to sag. In completion, they placed containment over the holes to prevent further insulation from falling.
